Re - starting from the Garden
between history, sustainability and innovation
PROMOTION AND NETWORKING MEETING DEDICATED TO EXPERTS OF HISTORICAL GARDENS.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
“Re – Starting from the Garden”: a new event format to tell the touristic, cultural and environmental potential of the Historic Gardens.
An unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the charm of the Historic Gardens and discover their inestimable value for our cultural and landscape heritage. Villa La Rotonda, thanks to the redevelopment of its garden made possible by the PNRR, opens its doors to a new event format, for Re – starting from the garden: an event that will be held every year, with the aim of exploring specific themes related to the world of Historic Gardens.
The first edition will take place Friday 25 October from 9.30am to 1.00pm, a morning of work dedicated to the exploration of the Historic Gardens, priceless treasures of the Italian cultural heritage, spent alongside experts in gardens, parks and historic woods, technicians and directors of the sector and owners who will tell us about the history, technique, experiences and challenges related to the protection and enjoyment of these green masterpieces.
Through the talk, we will try to answer some concrete questions, such as:
- Living and/or surviving the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of our Historic Gardens, how to do it?
- What are the events, activities, valuable experiences to be created to increase visitors?
- What are the promotional circuits to join to promote it at its best? And what are the specialized agencies to sell this type of green product?
